We’ve been chewing over the future of English Vineyard Tours for the last few weeks and finally come to the decision to have a bit of a change.
Funny how having a baby turns priorities and shifts perspectives.
Next year we won’t be running tours or tastings at any of our lovely partner vineyards and instead raising our little family and experiencing summer weekends, what’s that like?!

Huge thanks to @seedaccounting & @edgeboundldn for advising, being sounding boards and taking the time to listen to me go round and round and procrastinate.

More huge thanks to @harbourhampers_sussex - you have been the most ideal partner in this little endeavour and sure we will work together again in the future.

And finally all of you that took the time to come and see us, listen to me waffle on and taste wine - THANK YOU!

We’ve been a bit quiet on here recently….
Took 6 weeks off to have a baby! Today was Eli’s first day on the vineyard, he was completely uninterested and slept the whole time even though there were dogs, horses and tractors to look at.
First tour back tomorrow and until the end of August, really limited availability but check out the website to see what we have coming up, link in bio ☝🏼
And no, the little man won’t be joining, newborns and wine tasting don’t mix 🥂🥂

Indoor set up for today’s private tour - it’s windy out there but cosy up at the lodge 🥂

Todays job is putting 180 stickers on 120 bottles of wine in time for our first tour of the season on Saturday 🥂

Lovely to be back on the vineyard this afternoon. Had a very satisfying spring clean and said hello to our old friends the retired polo ponies.
The wine is chilling and we can’t wait to welcome you, link in bio to book, not much availability this season, May & most of June are full with better availability throughout July & August.

May has come around quick! Tomorrow we will be giving the lodge a thorough spring clean and getting the wine chilled in time for our first tour of the season next weekend. For now, enjoy the long weekend and fingers crossed the sun makes another appearance soon 🥂
